I use my knowledge and business connections in those markets as a consultant and educator, but also to further the economic cooperation between these. I specialize in quality management systems, assessment of quality management systems, organization of enterprises, business process management, human recourses, credit management, environmental management, integrated management, information security and risk management systems. Professional Experience 34 enterprises were successfully prepared by me for the TÜV certification with ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9001:2008. The improvement of the business process management in all enterprise areas with appropriate business process modelling and the implementation in IT systems have helped my customers to higher profits and market share.

Standardization of Early Warning and Emergency Handling for Food Safety Risks

Key areas of research and scope of work:


Research on standardization of food safety risk monitoring and early warning technology: including the basic theory and application standardization of food safety risk analysis; food safety risk monitoring and risk early warning technology; focus on risk analysis principles in food safety and its application guidelines in the establishment of food safety standards, the evaluation index system for food security state, the dynamic mass information data collection for food safety examination and analysis of early warning technology, the dynamic food safety monitoring database and intelligent decision-making system, the establishment and maintenance of risk monitoring data system for food production and processing and "Rapid Alert and Reaction System for Food Safety".

Research on emergency handling standardization for food security: mainly including emergency handling regimes and systems for food security, rapid response mechanism for emergency and rapid handling technologies, research on reserve of technical standards; focus on standardization of management approaches and advance work plans for food security, organizing program determination, drafting, examination and approval of food security emergency handling standards.

Research on standardization for food source tracing and recall: including support technology for food source tracing and recall theory and standardization, processed food source tracing and recall standard system, information database criteria for food source and the information exchange standards; food recall classification principles and recall procedures, database and the establishment of information management systems of processed food and recall.
